Six new grants from the Swedish Research Council to IGP
Six IGP researchers have been awarded research grants from the Swedish Research Council in the field of medicine and health.
Sven Nelander has been awarded a project grant of SEK 9.8 for six years, and Patrick Micke, Bo Nilsson and Theresa Vincent are granted SEK 4.8 million for four years. Karin Forsberg Nilsson and Peetra Magnusson receive three-year project grants of SEK 3.6 and 2.4 million respectively.
In this year's call from the Swedish Research Council in medicine and health, 853 applications for project grants were submitted, out of which 196 have been granted funding. More than SEK 1.1 billion will be distributed in the years 2021–2026 in medicine and health.
