International master students celebrated at Closing Ceremony 30 May
On May 30, more than 500 students and their families gathered in a packed auditorium to celebrate the closing ceremony of their international master's studies. The event attracted a large audience, which shows the strong support for our students.
Åsa Cajander, Professor of Human Computer Interaction at the department, was the deputy Vice-Chancellor at the closing ceremony for the university's international master's program in the auditorium. She opened the ceremony with a speech. The Student of the Year 2023, Sigfrid Stjärnholm, received his well-deserved recognition during the event. Music from Akademiska Kapellet and classical summer music performed by Västgöta nation choir created an evocative atmosphere.
Tomas Stavbom, Politics Alumnus of the Year 2023, shared his insights on working life. Mikael Norrby, the emcee of the event, concluded the ceremony by emphasizing the importance of the Alumni Network.
Congratulations to this year's international students on their success!
