Vi3 researcher has received research funding from Sweden-Korea Education

Katie Winkle at Vi3 has received research funding from the Sweden-Korea Education, Research, and Innovation Collaboration (SKERIC).

The project is a collaboration between eight Swedish and Korean universities and aims to equip young researchers and innovators from both countries with the tools, skills, and networks to become academic leaders and outstanding researchers. SKERIC is jointly funded by the Swedish Foundation for International Cooperation in Research and Higher Education (STINT) between 2023 and 2026.

Uppsala University is one of the participating Swedish institutions in this international project, which aims to increase research collaboration with South Korea and improve opportunities for joint applications for research funding from the upcoming EU Framework Programme.
