Reward for 30 years in the service of the realm

On 9 May 2025, employees of Uppsala University were awarded the distinction of 30 years of ‘Zealous and Devoted Service of the Realm’.
The award "For Zealous and Devoted Service of the Realm" (Nor) is given to employees who have demonstrated zeal and integrity in their work for the state, the parliament, or its agencies for at least 30 years. Zeal and integrity mean that one has performed their duties impeccably.
In certain cases, such as retirement or other special reasons, the award can be given after 25 years of service.
The Department of Information Technology particularly congratulates Jarmo Rantakokko and Olle Källmo, who received the award for their dedicated services at the university.
