The competition is an international innovation contest for students and brought together upper‑secondary and university students from around the world. The focus was on innovative ideas for fan travel and fan engagement within motorsport.

The finalists presented their proposals in Tokyo, and the winning teams were invited to the Suzuka Circuit, where they presented their contributions in front of a live audience of more than 110,000 spectators.

- It was a fantastic experience to support the students’ learning and innovative thinking, and I was very impressed by their projects, says Didem. Standing on the stage at Suzuka is not something easily achieved - so I would like to congratulate all the teams for their courage and discipline in continually developing their ideas and refining them to the level required for this event.
