The Uppsala University Master's Programme in Investment Treaty Arbitration, together with the Swedish Branch of the International Law Association and the Swedish Institute of International Law, warmly invites you to a talk by Professor em. Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler on the topic of "Corruption before Investment Tribunals."
Professor Kaufmann-Kohler is a past President and now Honorary President of ICCA, the International Council for Commercial Arbitration. She practices international commercial, investment, and sports arbitration and has acted in over 220 international arbitrations, mainly as arbitrator. She is regularly ranked among the top ten arbitrators worldwide. A Professor Emerita at Geneva University Law School, she is also the founder, former director, and a current faculty member of the Geneva LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement.
