Tom Mulisa new Doctor of Law in Constitutional Law

On 1 September 2023 Tom Mulisa successfully defended his thesis Supranational and National Constitutions in Shaping Human Rights Jurisprudence: A Comparison of the East African Community and the European Union.

The defence took place in the Brusewitz hall, Uppsala University, and digitally via Zoom.
