Victoria Bùi new Doctor of Law in Civil and Criminal Procedural Law

On 1 March 2024 Victoria Bùi successfully defended her thesis Public Policy Exception and Arbitrability Defence under the New York Convention 1958: A study of public policy and arbitrability, including empirical evidence of national court decisions.

The defence took place in hall IX, University Main Building, Uppsala.
