WOMHER International Graduate Conference 2024

On this International Mental Health Day, we are proud to reflect on the success of the ’Advancing Women's Mental Health Research Across Disciplines – WOMHER International Graduate Conference 2024’ at Uppsala University.

Held on October 8-9, 2024, at Uppsala University, this event brought together more than 100 PhD students and researchers from a range of scientific fields to address the critical issue of women’s mental health. The conference fostered interdisciplinary collaboration, providing a dynamic platform for exchanging ideas and exploring the unique societal, cultural, and biological factors impacting women’s mental well-being. By bringing together diverse perspectives, participants presented cutting-edge research and engaged in thought-provoking dialogue, all aimed at generating new insights into women’s mental health.
