Equipment
Wallenberg Initiative Materials Science for Sustainability has funded a number advanced equipment for testing at relevant, demanding and application-mimicking conditions that complement the equipment that was already available at the two tribology groups. Also equipment for advanced materials analysis with techniques that push the boundaries of what is possible.
PLEASE NOTE! This page is under construction and the content will change.
Two nodes of equipment
WiseEST has two nodes and has equipment and extensive experience in both tribological testing and materials analysis. More information about the nodes can be found at the two nodes.
- Uppsala node: The Tribomaterials group at Uppsala University (länka)
- Luleå node: Machine Elements Division at Luleå Technical University
