The seminar will focus on rapid antibiotic susceptibility testing and the technology that Johan's research team has developed to determine which antibiotic can be used to treat a urinary tract infection at the point of care.
The seminar will focus on rapid antibiotic susceptibility testing and the technology that Johan's research team has developed to determine which antibiotic can be used to treat a urinary tract infection at the point of care. This technology is now used in Sysmex Astregos diagnostic device that is sold throughout Europe. Johan will also present his more recent work on susceptibility testing and species identification in sepsis and tuberculosis.
