Medicinteknikdagarna is the leading meeting place in Sweden for stakeholders in medical technology working in healthcare, research, and industry.
This year's program will feature sessions divided into three different tracks: a technical track focusing on medical technology in clinical practice, a scientific track, and a third track covering innovation, education, and other topics of interest to professionals across the industry.
This year, we have the privilege of hearing from Prof. Florian M. Thieringer, maxillofacial surgeon at the University Hospital in Basel, Switzerland, who is developing new methods for computer-assisted surgery and medical 3D printing, as well as Prof. Elisabeth Epstein from Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, who leads research into new AI-based diagnostic methods targeting gynecological diseases.
Featured speakers include Prof. Florian M. Thieringer (3D-printed implants, University Hospital Basel) and Prof. Elisabeth Epstein (AI diagnostics, Karolinska Institutet).
