Register your department for the Hitta ut wellness challenge
Gear up you department and participate in Hitta ut, this year's largest wellness challenge, where you and your colleagues search for checkpoints in Uppsala and its surrounding areas. In addition to exercise and beautiful views, you have the opportunity to win great prizes.

Once again, you and your colleagues can register for Uppsala University's big wellness challenge Hitta ut. Each department, unit and employee is welcome to participate in the competition where you, using a map, locate checkpoints hidden at four different levels of difficulty among Uppsala's urban environments, parks, residential areas and forests. Each checkpoint consists of a Hitta ut-post with a decal, serial number and a letter that you must note.
All you have to do is create your Hitta ut-account and then register the code at each checkpoint you find. In addition to a fun and easy way to get exercise and discover new and beautiful places in and around Uppsala, you automatically participate in the raffle of great prises.
You can of course also challenge a colleague or friend, or, if more convenient, participate on your own.
Maps are available for digital download. You can also pick up printed copies at numerous places in Uppsala.
