Welcome to our research course in Molecular Imaging Technology
We are now accepting applications to our PhD student course Advanced Molecular Imaging Training (PET, MR, SPECT and CT). Get introduced to and try hands-on molecular imaging technologies at Uppsala University's Preclinical PET-MRI Platform. The course is also open to postdocs and senior researchers. Apply no later than 20 January 2025.
Friday 11 April we start our spring semester method course Advanced Molecular Imaging Traning (5 credits): An opportunity for twelve participants to get introduced to Positron emission tomography (PET), Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Computed tomography (CT) and Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) – techniques used for visualizing and evaluating the pharmacokinetics of novel tracers associated with various diseases in a living model.
We conduct this course in collaboration with our industrial partners Mediso Medical Imaging Systems (HU), Bruker (DE/US) and BIOEMTECH (GR) with several sessions on site at Uppsala's Preclinical PET-MRI Platform where you will be able to apply your knowledge in our state-of-the-art facilities.
The course is taught in English and is primarily designed for PhD students. We also welcome postdocs and senior researchers for whom a course fee is added. Welcome with your application no later than 20 January 2025.
