Technical advice: You can connect HDMI and 3.5 mm audio cables with our equipment. If you use an Apple computer, you need to have an adapter. If you send your presentation file to us before the conference, we can test it for you.

Every speaker in panels and sessions has 30 minutes. Please prepare a presentation of 20 minutes and leave time for a 10 minute discussion.

The symposium is co-hosted by Uppsala University and the Korean Cultural Center in Sweden. Organizing committee: Tobias Plebuch (Uppsala University), Anders Reuter (Lund University), Naoko Takayanagi (Lund University).

The combined fee for conference and symposium is 1 000 SEK, and for students 500 SEK. No fee for Uppsala university students and staff but they also need to register. After May 31 2025 fees are 1 500 SEK (normal) and 750 SEK (students). Students must provide valid proof of their enrolment (e.g. PDF scan of student ID or confirmation from the enrolment department) to the address: k-popology2025@musik.uu.se
