DPCR congratulates new doctor in peace research

On 21 May, Kyungmee Kim successfully defended her dissertation Civil Resistance in the Shadow of War: Explaining popular mobilization against dams in Myanmar. Faculty opponent at the defense was Professor Dan Banik, Center for Development and the Environment, University of Oslo. Associate Professor Lisa Hultman chaired the event.
