On 31 March, Kristina Petrova successfully defended her dissertation Caught in the Maelstrom, Catching the Tide: Micro-level responses to Climate-related Hazards and Conflict. Faculty opponent at the defense was Professor Gabriele Spilker, University of Konstanz. Associate Professor Desirée Nilsson chaired the event.
