Congratulations!
What does ‘Zealous and Devoted Service of the Realm’ mean?
An employee who has demonstrated zealous and devoted service as an employee of the state (public authorities under the government) or of the Riksdag or its authorities for at least 30 years can be awarded the distinction ‘For Zealous and Devoted Service of the Realm’.
If the employee retires or there is some other specific reason, this distinction can be awarded after 25 years of employment.
In essence, ‘zealous and devoted service’ means that a person has conducted themselves impeccably.
