DPCR awarded two RJ project grants

The DPCR is thrilled to announce that our researchers have been awarded two project grants from Riksbankens Jubileumsfond. Congratulations on this achievement!

A project led by Annekatrin Deglow, with co-applicants Hanne Fjelde and Sirus Håfström Dehdari (Stockholm University), will examine how organised crime shapes citizens’ trust in state institutions and their willingness to comply with rules and regulations set by the state. Read more

The project led by Lisa Hultman, with co-applicant Caroline Brandt, will look at variations in public support for violations of international humanitarian law — under which conditions are people prepared to justify war crimes and the indiscriminate targeting of civilians? A survey will be fielded in four countries: Sweden, Turkey, the US, and India. Read more
