Instructions for oral and poster presentations
Detailed instructions and templates have been sent by email to the presenter for the short oral communication and the oral communication. If you have not received information about this, please check your spam folder.
If there are changes in who is presenting, communicate this to eurodurg2025@uu.se as soon as possible, at the latest 17th of June for Oral Presentations and 13th of June for Posters/ Short Oral Communications.
Digital poster including Short Oral Communication
This year, we are excited to introduce a digital poster format in line with our commitment to sustainability. Instead of printing posters, each presenter will:
- Upload a digital version of their poster before the conference, at the latest 13th of June.
- Deliver a short oral presentation – a 2-minute summary of their research.
- Engage in a brief discussion – a 2-minute Q&A session with the audience.
The poster is showed during the short oral presentation and will be digitally available.
Short oral presentations of the posters will be organized in parallel sessions according to the table below.

Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are a maximum of 15 minutes including questions, specific session instructions are emailed to the speakers by the session leaders.
The presentation is to be submitted before the conference, at the latest 24 June. The instructions for submissions are emailed to the presenters.
Please keep the time limit and use the conference template for presentations.
