All prices below are stated excluding VAT (taxes). 25% VAT will be added before payment.
Registration fees
The registration fee for full week includes admission to the conference, coffee and lunches according to the program, welcome reception and party with dinner. Please note that some of the events need pre-registration on the registration form.
For one day participants, you can add the party with dinner for an additional fee of SEK 800 (+VAT, total SEK 1000). Exchange rates may vary. To see current exchange rates, please visit for example https://www.oanda.com/currency-converter/en/ or your choice of currency exchange tool.
In order to take advantage of the “early bird” reduced registration fee, please register by 14 May, 2025 at the latest.
Eligibility for student registration rates:
Member or student reduction is only available for full conference attendance.
Being currently enrolled in a PhD, residency program, bachelor degree or master degree, or having completed these degrees after June 2023. Documents confirming this status need to be uploaded during registration process to complete the registration. Accepted documents include an official letter of confirmation, issued by the institution, of current student or resident status or a copy of the PhD or residency degree awarded (issued before or during June 2023).
Eligibility for ISPE members registration rates:
To be eligible for an ISPE membership registration rate, a person should hold an active ISPE membership status for the year 2025.
Registration fee (except one day delegate and accompanying person) includes: education sessions on Tuesday, scientific sessions, posters, congress documents and book of program (electronic), coffees during breaks, lunches from Wednesday to Thursday, Welcome reception on Tuesday, EuroDURG party with dinner on Thursday.
One day delegate fee includes scientific sessions and refreshment breaks of the day, and access to social events could be purchased separately.
Accompanying person
Fee includes refreshment breaks of the day and access to social events. An accompanying person is a spouse, family member or friend who will not take part in the scientific program, only the social events. Registered participants with the auto-confirmation email will receive the link to register their accompanying person.
Scholarships available - deadline for application has passed (15 March)
A number of scholarships to assist the attendance to the European Drug Utilization Conference 2025 will be provided by the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology (ISPE). The level and nature of awards for scholarships will be determined on an individual basis. The estimated time for the decision is the end of April 2025. Recipients will be contacted with details once awarded.
Payment options
Swedish participants
Swedish participants can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
Invoice to Swedish organizations will be sent as an electronical invoice (e-faktura) if possible, or otherwise as a pdf by e-mail.
Participants from outside Sweden
All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona). Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice).
An invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc) will be sent upon choice of this payment method. The invoice is created manually, and will be sent usually a few days after registration.
The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
Credit card payment
We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard.
For your safety, our payment system is connected to the 3D Secure system for ensuring the security of payments made through the internet. Your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. Your bank can inform you if your card is connected, and if not already, how it can be connected.
Taxes / VAT 25%
According to Swedish and EU legislation, 25% Swedish VAT will be added to all registration fees. This according to EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.
Exception: Swedish participants from governmental public sector organizations “statliga myndigheter” (e.g., universities, governmental agencies): No VAT will be added. In this case, you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide the VAT number of your employer.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations should be made in writing to the conference secretariat. If you cancel a still unpaid registration, you will be charged a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
- Cancellations made by 14 May, 2025: the total amount will be refunded except for the cancellation fee, SEK 750.
- Cancellations made after 14 May will not be refunded.
- Cancellation of only separate activities or meals is not refundable.
Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send someone in your place at no extra cost. If this should be the case, please contact the conference administration office, Academic Conferences at eurodurg2025@akademikonferens.se.
