Policy proposal in book by Patricia Mindus behind filed case with the European General Court

(Image removed) A group of lawyers and campaigners have successfully filed a case with the General Court of the European Union arguing that all UK citizens who were legally defined as EU citizens on 31 January 2020 should retain that citizenship regardless of the UK’s departure from the European.
