11:00 - Meet a space expert (for children)
Ask questions about space! What do astronauts do in space? What do they eat? What do you need to perform a space walk? Meet our space expert Linn from Uppsala university!
11:30 - Build a rocket (for children)
Bring a loo roll and we'll build and test our own space rockets.
15:30 - Space café (for adults, mostly in Swedish)
Coffee, cake and space talk! After a short popular introduction of this year's theme 'Humans in space', we will have an open discussion with experts from Uppsala university.
11.00-15.00 - Open doors at the Old Observatory (any age)
Open doors at the Old Observatory in the Observatory park, with showings of the historical building and telescope.
20.00-22.00 - Telescope shows of the night sky (any age)
If the skies are clear, the amateur astronomers will show the night's sky with the telescope at the Old Observatory.
