Precision tests are not only essential for scrutinizing the Standard Model at the LHC and future colliders, but also form the backbone of the search for physics beyond the Standard Model. A central part of this effort is the computation of higher-order perturbative corrections to physical observables measured at the LHC. Scattering amplitudes, which provide the fundamental link between theory and experiment, lie at the heart of these calculations, and their higher-order corrections reveal a remarkably rich mathematical structure. At the current precision frontier the computation of higher-order perturbative corrections is not only technically challenging but also requires deeper mathematical insight into their analytic structure. In this talk, I will discuss Feynman integrals that are at the cutting edge of both theoretical predictions for collider physics and the mathematical understanding of scattering amplitudes.
