From the abstract:
Pettersson, L. 2024. Accessibility of eHealth as perceived by people with impairment. Cross-sectional surveys across the COVID-19 pandemic. Uppsala: Uppsala University.
Background:
For sustainable development, in line with legislation and human rights, eHealth should fit the needs of frequent healthcare users. This was put to the test by the social distancing policies of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, when eHealth was used as an infection protection measure.
Overall aim:
The overall aim was to contribute to knowledge on accessibility of eHealth. Accessibility was investigated by use and difficulty in the use of eHealth among people with and without impairment, as well as between different types of impairment, and by comparing before the COVID-19 pandemic to during late social distancing restrictions in Sweden.
