Exploring the role of first-line managers in promoting language development in nursing homes

Elisabet Eriksson, Cecilia Arving, and Katarina Hjelm conducted a focus group interview study with first-line managers of special housing facilities within municipal health and social care. The aim was to explore how these managers perceive their roles and their efforts to support language development within their own facilities, particularly in light of working with multicultural staff teams.
