New funding from Forte to the Research group in Health Services Research
Four projects from the Research group in Health Services Research have received funding from Forte. In total, the group have been allocated funds of SEK 12.3 million.
Funding has been given to three research projects and a research network. Here are the titles of the projects and the researchers that are included in each project presented.
Municipal self-government, professionalism and court defiance in Swedish elderly care. Project leader: Linda Moberg. Co-applicant: Karin Leijon.
Relocation of patients – effects on mortality, care time and unplanned readmissions. Project leader: David Isaksson. Co-applicants: Tobias Dahlström, Wilhelm Linder.
Covid-19 in Swedish care for the elderly – does the quality of the nursing homes have anything to do with the high mortality rate? Project leader: Ulrika Winblad. Co-applicants: Douglas Spangler, Wilhelm Linder, Paula Blomqvist.
Network for research and development of the Swedish health service´s governance and organization. Project leader: Ulrika Winblad. Co-applicants are researchers at the faculties of medical- and social sciences at seven different universities in the country.
