Funding received for project on Care Centers in Uppsala Region

Sofie Vengberg (PI), together with Linda Moberg and Ulrika Winblad, has been awarded 2.3 million from the Kampradstiftelsen. The title of the project is "Care centers in Region Uppsala - can a collaboration network create better care and care for elderly with multiple illnesses?" and will last for two years.
