Grant from AFA Försäkring to Linn Kullberg
Linn Kullberg, researcher in the Health Services Research group, has been awarded approximately 4.8 million SEK from AFA Försäkring to investigate how the introduction of service assistants in elderly care affects the work environment and sick leave among healthcare professionals.
The project focuses on the effects of differentiated work in nursing homes for the elderly, with emphasis on workload and recovery, amongst other things. The project group also includes Åsa Andersén, Anna Nyberg, Douglas Spangler and Carina Ahlstedt from the Department of Public Health and Care Sciences, Uppsala University, and Emma Cedstrand from Karolinska Institutet.
