Grant from Forte for project on the current transformation of Swedish primary care

Sofie Vengberg from the research group Health Services Research has been awarded approximately 4.8 million SEK from Forte for the project “Why is the current transformation of Swedish primary care so slow? Policy changes, regional adaptations and the role of street-level bureaucrats”.

The project, led by Sofie Vengberg, is being carried out in collaboration with Peter Edlund (Department of Public Health and Carin Sciences) and Paula Blomqvist (Department of Government) and will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028.
