Elias Götz awarded Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund stipend

We congratulate our colleague Elias Götz on receiving Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (SYLFF) stipend. The Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund, or Sylff, is a fellowship program initiated in 1987 to support students pursuing graduate studies in the humanities and social sciences. The Sylff program aims to identify and nurture leaders who will overcome differences in nationality, language, ethnicity, religion, and political systems to tackle global issues, and whose high integrity and drive to address issues unique to their respective countries can make a real difference. Elias Götz is a postdoctoral researcher at IRES. His research interests span the fields IR theory, security studies, and Russian foreign policy. Götz holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Aarhus University in Denmark.
