Vacant doctoral student positions in sociology

Uppsala University welcomes applications for four doctoral student positions in sociology based at the Department of Sociology. One further doctoral position will be appointed with an emphasis in sociology devoted to the politics and social life in Russia and the post-Soviet space, placed at IRES Institute for Russian and Eurasian Studies, Uppsala University see: https://www.ires.uu.se/research/. Basic knowledge of Russian/Eurasian society, proficiency in Russian and/or in another official language of the post-Soviet space are required for this position.
