Justemotions Symposium – Constructing Objectivity: Emotions in Legal Decision-Making. Näsby Castle. 4-6 September 2023

The symposium opened up for dialogue between interdisciplinary studies to develop 13 papers to be published in a special issue of Frontiers in Sociology. All papers engage with legal decisions in court from different perspectives and all are in the front-line of the law and emotions field by studying the construction of objectivity through diverse and fine-grained empirical research.
