Collaboration and network

The research group is part of Medtech Science & Innovation, a joint center for medical technology between Uppsala University and Uppsala University Hospital.

The research group represents Uppsala University in Health Data Sweden, a Vinnova and EU-funded consortium with 18 partners across Sweden.

The research group leads the Swedish Research Network for Digital Healthcare, which aims to promote evidence-based knowledge exchange and research on digital healthcare services. The network is open to researchers and PhD students active in the field of digital healthcare services at Swedish universities, colleges, and research institutes. The network is funded by Forte.

The research group is also part of Dome Network which purpose is to build knowledge about the implementation and use of eHealth services and is based on studies of e-health projects. The network do research in cooperation with the parties involved in the establishment of Online Patient Records in Sweden.
