The UN Climate Conference, COP 28, is underway, and Uppsala University's Sustainability Forum wants to highlight this by offering a crash course in everything related to climate negotiations. Mikael Karlsson is live streaming from the negotiations in Dubai. Mikael Karlsson is an associate professor in environmental science and a lecturer in climate leadership.
