Kulturnatten in the University Main Building: Opening ceremoni, orchestras, lecture and concert.
On saturday, September 13, it is time for Kulturnatten in Uppsala and the University Main Building - the iconic heart of Uppsala University, opens up with a ceremonial opening of the day with flag bearers. The day continues with music performed by the nations choirs and orchestras and a unique lecture in the auditorium about the building's history by Doctor of Fine Arts, Anna Hamberg. In connection with the lecture, there is also a rare opportunity to visit the faculty floor and the old consistory room. The evening ends with an atmospheric concert performed by Allmänna sången in the staircase. Welcome!
