Today, traditional university teaching methods based on lectures are being challenged by more active learning methods. In STEM subjects — science, technology, engineering and mathematics — methods are being tested where students use, reflect on and take responsibility for their own learning. At the same time, AI is changing both the role of teachers and the way students acquire knowledge.
