Scholarship requirements

A scholarship is provided for a descendant of Dean Johan Lutteman or, in the absence of such a person at the University, for a “reader of high distinction” within the arts and sciences. The scholarship is awarded, if to a person fitting the latter description, independently of any application process and for one year at a time by the relevant faculty; a relative is awarded the scholarship for three years and may, upon renewed application, be granted an extension of three years.
