Register publications in DiVA on January 15th at the latest
Wednesday January 15th 2025 is the last day for registering publications published 2020-2024 that are to be included in the annual report and in the internal review for Uppsala University. N.B.! Keep in mind that there are many bridge days during the holidays, and that support functions at the Library will be closed for a long period of time. Therefore, please do not wait until the last minute.
Researchers and other employees at Uppsala University can register their publications in DiVA.
1. Search first!
Publications should only be added once to DiVA. Therefore, always start by searching in DiVA for the publication that you want to register. You can add to or edit information in existing records. Note! Only DiVA administrators at the Library are able to edit records with attached full-texts.
2. What publication types should be registered?
The annual report covers peer reviewed articles and reviews, as well as books and book chapters published by publishers on level 1 or 2 in the Norwegian List, published during the last five years, with affiliation to Uppsala University.
3. Which affiliation is correct?
For each author affiliated with Uppsala University, select the department/division/research group the author belonged to at the time of publication, i.e. the organisational affiliation listed in the publication.
4. Should full-texts be included?
Bibliographic information about the publications to be included in the annual report is mandatory to add to DiVA, while uploading full-text files is optional.
