Register publications in DiVA on January 14th at the latest
Wednesday 14th of January 2026 is the last day for registering publications published 2021-2025 that are to be included in the Annual Report and in the Internal Review for Uppsala University.
Researchers, other employees, and administrators at Uppsala University can register publications in DiVA.
1. Start with a search in DiVA!
Publications should only be added once to DiVA. Therefore, always start by searching in DiVA for the publication that you want to register. You can add to or edit information in existing records. Note! Only DiVA administrators at the Library are able to edit records with attached full-texts.
2. What publication types should be registered?
The Annual Report covers peer reviewed articles and reviews, as well as books and book chapters published by publishers on level 1 or 2 in the Norwegian List, published during the last five years, with affiliation to Uppsala University.
3. Which affiliation is correct?
For each author affiliated with Uppsala University, select the department/division/research group the author belonged to at the time of publication, i.e. the organisational affiliation listed in the publication.
4. Should full-texts be included?
Bibliographic information about the publications to be included in the Annual Report is mandatory to add to DiVA, while uploading full-text files is optional.
