Section of an watercolor painting by artist Ulla Corin Lindroth.

The watercolours show what grows in the immediate surroundings of Leksand, an everyday flora, with grass and weeds, self-sown or planted, and some of the mosses and lichens of the ground.

The sculptures' stamens and pistils are made of stoneware, with inspiration from Linnaeus' sexual system, as drawn by Ehret in the 18th century.
