International students welcomed at Arlanda
Uppsala University representatives will be posted at Arlanda Airport to welcome and help international students arriving for the new term. The students will also be offered free transport into Uppsala by shuttle bus.
On August 24, 27 and 28 Uppsala University will be welcoming international students at Arlanda terminal 5. Representatives of the Student Affairs division will be manning an information desk just outside customs to guide arriving students on towards connecting trains and buses, including a free shuttle bus which will be available to take students into Uppsala.
Roughly 750 exchange students and 400 master students will be arriving to begin their studies at Uppsala University in the coming days.
The University information desk at Arlanda will be staffed from 6 am to 9 pm all three days.
