Uppsala University maths courses deemed ‘high quality’

The Swedish Higher Education Authority has published the results of their evaluation of mathematics courses, a total of 30 different courses at twelve universities and university colleges. The results show that the overall level of quality is high. 12 courses were marked ‘high quality’ and 13 were marked ‘very high quality’. Five of the courses were given demerits and will be followed up in one year. Uppsala’s three courses in mathematics (Bachelor’s, Master’s and Financial Mathematics) were marked ‘high quality’.
