One minute’s silence at 12 today

At 12 pm today, Monday 16 November, we observe one minute of silence and the Swedish flag will fly at half mast, in honour of those who have been killed and wounded in recent terror attacks in Paris, Beirut, Syria and other parts of the world.
The EU has urged all of Europe to observe a minute’s silence for the victims of the Paris attacks.
