Alumni meetups in Hong Kong and Singapore

On 4 February, Uppsala University Alumni in Hong Kong met for a get together at the restaurant Three Monkeys. In conjunction with the get together, the Board of the Hong Kong Alumni Chapter also held its first meeting for the year.  At the board meeting, the new UU Scholar, Jesper Karlsson, introduced himself. The activity plan for 2016 was also discussed.

As a follow-up to last year's joint Alumni dinner with the SACF Forum, UU Alumni met in Singapore on 1 February at the Golden Mile Food Centre. In addition to the UU Alumni, representatives from the Swedish Embassy also attended, giving a presentation on their work with Swedish Alumni. Among the UU Alumni there are now discussions about the possibilities of founding an Alumni Chapter in Singapore.
