Professor Johan Sundström to receive Viviane Conraads Award

The European Association for Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation (EACPR) have announced that the award will be presented to Professor Johan Sundström for his achievements and significant contributions in the field of cardiovascular disease prevention.

The Viviane Conraads Award is an outstanding achievement award for established researchers which was created in memory of Dr Viviane Conraads, distinguished EACPR member, head of the Heart Failure Clinic of the University Hospital of Antwerp and nucleus member of the EACPR Exercise, Basic and Translational Research section.

The Award will be handed over at the EACPR General Assembly, at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2016 in Rome on Sunday 28 August, 12:45–13:45.
