New Swedish intellectual property law association

The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) has recently formed a Swedish National Group. The president of AIPPI Sweden is Sanna Wolk, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, and founder of the faculty-affiliated Academy of Intellectual Property, Marketing and Competition Law (IMC).
AIPPI Sweden was formed on 5 September 2016 and aims to strengthen intellectual property law in Sweden and attract lawyers, engineers, judges and others interested in intellectual property law in the country. The association is part of the Switzerland-based international AIPPI network, with over 9000 members representing about 100 countries. AIPPI’s primary objective is to develop and improve intellectual property law conditions at both the international and national levels.
