All new honorary doctors at Uppsala University in 2016

Every year, all faculties at Uppsala University appoint one or several honorary doctors which are connected to the respective faculties. The title of honorary doctor is awarded to a person who has made significant scholarly contributions or in some other way promoted research at the University. The new honorary doctorates are conferred at the Winter Conferment Ceremony.
Here are all honorary doctors that have been appointed by the respective faculties in 2016.
