Alumni get together in Pune, India
On 10 January, Uppsala University held an alumni meetup in Pune, India. Alumni had a chance to catch up with Uppsala University through a delegation headed by Professor Leif Kirsebom.
The Uppsala delegation met with alumni ranging from exchange students, Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students as well as visiting faculty, all with very fond memories of their time spent at Uppsala University.
The delegation consisted of Professor Rajeev Ahuja, Professor Kajsa Ahlstrand, Professor Susanne Norgren, Deputy University Director Kay Svensson and Head of International Office Erika Dabhilkar. Apart from the alumni meeting in Pune, the delegation also visited the following universities while in India: Savitribai Phule Pune University, IISER, IIT Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Delhi University.
