Mohammad Fazlashemi receives royal medal
Mohammad Fazlashemi, Professor of Islamic Theology and Philosophy at the Department of Theology, Uppsala University, has received H.M. The King’s Medal of the 8th size in the Order of the Seraphim ribbon.
The medals were awarded by the King at a ceremony at the Royal Palace on 30 January. Mohammad Fazlashemi received the distinction for meritorious efforts in Islamic studies, especially Islamic theology and philosophy.
